The easiest at-home method to measure your ring size is to simply order a plastic ring sizer - it looks like a zip-tie and costs just a few dollars. Another option might be to simply pop into a local jewelry store where they can help you determine your size as well. However we would always recommend to stay away from string, tape, ruler or paper measurements at home - these are inaccurate and will most likely cause more hassle with the need of resizing your ring.

• Take your jewelry off when going to sleep. Especially jewelry that is set with gemstones.
• Take your jewelry off when doing sports.

With rings, some might need to be resized before shipped if we don’t have your size in stock. Some items are getting extra polished before shipped and when choosing Gold Vermeil finish, your jewelry is also being plated in Gold. We also check prongs on your jewelry to make sure all stones are set securely.

• The delivery time for the U.S. is 3-5 working days.
• The delivery time for the U.K. is 2-3 working days.
• The delivery time for Canada and Europe is around 7 working days. 
• For the rest of the world, please check the international estimates with your local post.

The U.S. & U.K. orders don’t have any extra tax upon deliveries. For the rest of the world, please check the import rules for your country with your local authorities. Import tax and customs are always a responsibility of the buyer and it’s not something we can control.

We ship mainly with the USPS. However, for orders made in the U.K. or Europe, we use standard Royal Mail shipping for a faster delivery, where our jewelry is shipped from our workshop in London. Other than this, we can also offer FeDex delivery.
