If this is the case, we have a hassle-free returns & exchanges policy - making sure this experience is a smooth as possible for you. You just need to following these simple instructions and we’ll do the rest:

• Contact us within: 14 days of delivery.
• Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.

 
CANCELLATIONS

• If you have troubles with your order or wish to cancel it please contact us within 24hrs of placing your order and we’ll be happy to help.
  *Your jewelry is handmade so contacting us on time will avoid unnecessary costs.
• Restocking cost may apply on items that had handmade work & alterations done.

 
FAULTY PIECES
If your piece arrived damaged or defective, please let us know and we’ll fix it for you ASAP
 
Returns not covered by this policy and therefore not accepted will include:

• Customized, resized or personalized orders.
• Intimate items such as earrings (due to health/hygiene reasons).

Exchange/return/refund will happen upon returning the original item - once it's arrives back.
*Please note that Pure Solid Silver (925 Sterling Silver) is a precious & soft metal, therefore if handled with excessive force might damage the jewelry, it's rare but can happen if mistreated.
